Job Summary:
As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production line, assembling bathroom accessories, and ensuring quality standards are met. Apprentices and freshers will gain hands-on training and opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Qualification & Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Freshers can apply).
- Experienced candidates in Assembly Line Operations will be preferred.
- Diploma, Polytechnic, Graduation, or B.Tech candidates (must be pass-out after 2021).
- Age: Above 18 years only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line.
- Assemble bathroom accessories (bathtubs, faucets, shower accessories) as per guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace.
- Support senior operators and supervisors in daily production targets.
- Learn and adopt new manufacturing techniques during apprenticeship.
Salary & Benefits:
For Apprentices / Freshers:
- 10th / 12th / ITI: ₹10,000 + ₹1,500 (DBT) = ₹11,500
- Diploma / Polytechnic: ₹10,000 + ₹4,000 (DBT) = ₹14,000
- Simple Graduation: ₹12,000 + ₹4,000 (DBT) = ₹16,000
- Degree / B.Tech: ₹13,000 + ₹4,000 (DBT) = ₹18,000

Work Timings:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
