Experience: Proven experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to manage electrical maintenance and installations at our showroom and client sites. The role involves handling day-to-day electrical tasks, ensuring safety compliance, supporting automation product installations, and providing effective troubleshooting. The candidate must be responsible, technically sound, and committed to delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, lighting, and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in display units, panels, and demo setups.
- Ensure neat, safe, and secure wiring for all electrical installations.
- Support product demonstrations involving electrical and automation components.
- Monitor and maintain backup power systems (UPS, Inverter, Generator).
Site Responsibilities:
- Install electrical wiring, panels, switches, sockets, and fixtures as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure accurate execution of layouts.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and final inspection of installed systems.
- Strictly follow safety protocols, industry standards, and government regulations.
- Attend to on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and service calls post-installation.
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and electrical materials.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of automation products will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Commitment to safety practices and compliance with regulations.
