Job Title: English Teacher

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (split shifts between 6 AM – 7 PM), 6 days a week
Salary/Stipend: Competitive; stipend during training Rs. 250/day, room rent allowance if applicable

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team and deliver high-quality education to students in rural areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct three daily teaching sessions of 2.5 hours each (approximately 20 students per batch).
- Allocate 30 minutes daily for administrative and operational tasks.
- Engage and motivate students to improve their English language skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress reports.
- Implement FEA curriculum and teaching methodologies effectively.
- Attend training programs and workshops to upgrade teaching skills.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate in basic English (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Access to a two-wheeler is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate for work if necessary (allowance provided).
- Commitment to one year of employment.
- Compliance with FEA’s strict no alcohol/tobacco policy during training and employment.

Training & Hiring Process
- Interviews:
- Round 1: Telephonic interview
- Round 2: Zoom or face-to-face interview at Sehore, MP
- Round 1: Telephonic interview
- Training Program (Lucknow, UP):
- Duration: 40–90 days depending on performance
- Schedule: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM, Sunday off
- Stipend: Rs. 250/day paid weekly
- Travel: Sleeper-class train ticket, meals, and lodging provided
- Focus: English, digital skills, and FEA curriculum
- Preparation for exams or other commitments is not allowed during training
- Duration: 40–90 days depending on performance
- Post-Training Employment:
- Appointment letters issued only after successful completion of training
- Teachers may continue at the same location beyond one year based on performance
