Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Service Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service by ensuring smooth dining operations. The role involves greeting guests, taking and serving orders efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and assist guests in the dining areas with professionalism and warmth.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure tables are set up properly, clean, and well-arranged before and after service.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns courteously and escalate issues when required.
- Support in banquet and event service operations when needed.
- Uphold Lemon Tree Hotels’ service standards and contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management / F&B Service.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, grooming standards, and professional appearance.
- Physically fit to handle long working hours, standing, and movement during shifts.
Work Environment
- Work across hotel restaurants, coffee shops, banquet halls, and in-room dining services.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborative and guest-focused work culture within Lemon Tree Hotels.
