Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships. The role involves on-field visits, direct client interactions, and effective product/service promotion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through field visits and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Generate and manage sales leads to meet assigned targets.
  • Promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics and client handling.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
