Position: Delivery Executive
Location: Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
Job Profile:
We are hiring responsible and hardworking Delivery Executives to join our Blinkit team. The role involves ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders, maintaining professionalism, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up customer orders from Blinkit hubs/warehouses.
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to clients at their respective locations.
- Ensure on-time delivery and follow route plans assigned.
- Maintain proper communication with the support team in case of delivery issues.
- Collect proof of delivery (digital/physical) where required.
- Handle packages responsibly, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Adhere to company policies, safety, and traffic rules at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Must own a Smartphone (Android/iOS).
- Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid driving license & RC.
- Good knowledge of routes and local areas.
- Prior delivery experience will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit and punctual.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/English.
Skills Required:
- Good time management & navigation skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure.
- Discipline and commitment to work schedules.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts (Minimum 8 hours per day).
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available).
- Weekly offs as per company policy.
Nature of Work:
- Deliver grocery/essential packets to Blinkit customers.
- Maintain professional behavior during deliveries.
