Job Overview:
Rana Gulf Renewable Energy Limited is looking for an experienced Telecaller to connect with potential customers, promote products and services, and support business growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales and marketing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and follow up with potential customers through calls and online communication.
- Promote and explain company products and services to generate interest and leads.
- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer database, call records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care / Telesales Executive.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work with targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
