Job Overview:
Ladder India is hiring an experienced Retail Executive to manage daily retail operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. The candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, product handling, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Maintain proper stock display, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting products and offers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and ensure compliance with retail standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven experience as a Retail Executive / Retail Sales Associate.
- Good knowledge of retail sales, product display, and customer handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
- Positive attitude, smart appearance, and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
