Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing or related role
About the Role:
CII Model Career Centre is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Promote and market the services of CII Model Career Centre to prospective clients.
- Assist in planning and executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, business pitches, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and share updates with the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Participate in events, job fairs, and promotional activities as a representative of CII.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
