Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Line Operator with strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in operating and maintaining production lines. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machines efficiently.
- Maintain smooth workflow by identifying and resolving minor issues during operation.
- Follow safety, health, and quality standards strictly while working on the line.
- Conduct routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Handle raw materials and feed them into machines as per requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets with minimum wastage.
- Keep records of daily production activities.
- Support in improving processes for higher efficiency and quality.

- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Line Operator in manufacturing/production (mandatory).
- Technical knowledge of operating production line equipment.
