Location: Mhape MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Assembly Operators for our operations at Mhape MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of assembly line work, tools, and basic mechanical skills. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- ITI / Diploma holders preferred
- Good knowledge of Assembly work
- Male/Female candidates can apply
Experience
- Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in assembly operations will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts as per standard operating procedures
- Operate basic tools and machines for assembly
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during the assembly process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Report production issues to the supervisor
- Work in coordination with the production team to meet daily targets
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Assembly operations
- Ability to handle tools and machinery safely
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical components
- Teamwork and discipline in following instructions
- Attention to detail and quality control
