Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Executive to oversee and manage daily production activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of production operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily production operations to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of machines, tools, and production processes.
- Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) for uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain production reports, track output, and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Enforce safety rules and quality standards during production activities.
- Support in training and guiding production staff.
- Handle raw material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain cost efficiency.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Good knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
- Ability to handle production challenges and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
