Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior exposure to sales or business development, preferably in the automobile, logistics, or fleet management, Manufacturing industry. The role demands ground-level sales activities, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Wheelseye’s products to both existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client need analysis and present tailored cost-benefit solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Monitor and analyze competitor sales activities to strategize effectively.
• Support corporate marketing strategies and contribute to market expansion.
• Conduct cold calling and field visits to generate leads and close deals.
• Perform face-to-face ground visits for direct sales activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of field sales/business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert potential leads into sales.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Willingness to work extensively on the field (25–26 days/month).
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess an Android smartphone for work purposes.
