Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
- Provide support to staff in day-to-day operations.
- Handle packaging, shifting, or arranging goods/materials.
- Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Assist technicians, supervisors, or other workers in their tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks or errands as required.
- Report any issues, damages, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass qualification.
- Proven experience as a Helper/Support Staff.
- Basic knowledge of handling goods, materials, or tools.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy items if needed.
- Punctual, disciplined, and a team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours when required.
