Probus Insurance Broker is seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our Partner Support Team as Sales Coordinators. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their journey in the insurance sector. You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our partners across India in the Life & Health Insurance vertical, providing support, training, and driving engagement.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary coordinator for PAN India partners in the Life & Health Insurance vertical.
- Resolve partner queries promptly and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Promote product awareness and encourage business generation from both active and inactive partners.
- Provide end-to-end training and support to partners regarding Life & Health Insurance products (training will be provided).
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist the sales and operations teams with relevant partner-related tasks.
🎓 Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to learn about insurance products and processes.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
