Job Overview:

Sath Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with a strong grasp of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience in tools like Tally ERP and MS Excel. This role is critical in managing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger posting
• Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, and transactions
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure alignment of books with bank statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with accuracy and within deadlines
• Utilize Tally ERP, MS Excel, and internal accounting systems for recording and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Reports
• Support in the creation of monthly and annual budgets and track expenditures
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com – Accounting and Commerce)
• 3 to 13 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure

Work Conditions:

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
