Job Summary
We are urgently hiring experienced Warehouse Associates (Pickers & Packers) for our esteemed client Zepto in West Bengal. The ideal candidate should be 12th Pass with a solid understanding of warehouse operations. The position involves handling inventory, picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a fast-paced hyperlocal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hyperlocal warehouse operations efficiently
- Perform order picking, packing, and dispatch based on Zepto's workflow
- Coordinate with Zepto’s Central Team for smooth order synchronization
- Maintain high order accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and batch control methods
- Participate in daily performance huddles and conduct regular quality checks
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in the warehouse
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations (picking/packing) is mandatory
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks
- Able to operate handheld scanners and follow order processing protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management
Job Benefits
- Salary: Starting from ₹15,000/- per month (including incentives & allowances)

- Cost: ₹1500–₹2000 per person (to be paid directly to building owner)
