Job Summary:
DefusIR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with modern web technologies and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development. A keen eye for detail, strong coding skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Develop dynamic websites and web applications using PHP
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to deliver user-friendly web interfaces
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of web pages
- Optimize websites for speed and performance
- Debug and troubleshoot website issues and provide timely fixes
- Maintain documentation for code, updates, and configurations
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends
Technical Requirements:
- HTML5: 1 year (Required)
- CSS3: 1 year (Required)
- Bootstrap: Working knowledge (Preferred)
- JavaScript: Strong understanding and practical use
- WordPress Development: 1 year (Required)
- PHP Development: 1 year (Required)
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation/diploma in IT or Web Design preferred)
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in web development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time-management skills
