Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and TOT Certified Trainer for AI - Database Administrator (SSC/Q8109) job role under NSQF guidelines. The trainer will deliver high-impact training sessions aligned with the SSC curriculum, ensure strong candidate engagement, and support learners toward successful certification and placement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counselling & Mentorship:
   • Conduct counselling sessions to guide candidates about the scope and potential of the AI-integrated Database Administration role.
   • Build rapport with students to understand their learning gaps and career aspirations.
2. Curriculum Delivery & Training:
   • Deliver structured training as per the SSC/Q8109 Qualification Pack and Sector Skill Council (IT-ITeS SSC) guidelines.
   • Ensure training is engaging, practical, and aligned with industry standards in AI-driven database technologies.
3. Assessment Preparation & Certification:
   • Conduct pre-assessments to gauge candidate readiness.
   • Prepare and motivate candidates for successful completion of assessments and final certification.
   • Aim to maintain 95%+ certification success rate.
4. Monitoring & Reporting:
   • Monitor and record daily attendance.
   • Submit timely MIS reports including batch progress, assessment scores, and placement updates.
5. Placement & Career Readiness:
   • Encourage and prepare candidates for placement opportunities.
   • Foster soft skills and professional development for better employability.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS), SQL/NoSQL, Data Warehousing, and AI-driven analytics tools.
• Exposure to cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud Big Query).
• Familiarity with AI integrations in database workflows, query optimization using AI, and automation tools.
• Ability to integrate practical demos, case studies, and real-world data scenarios.

Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF Level):

• TOT Certified Trainer for SSC/Q8109 (IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council).
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science/IT) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of industry or training experience in Database Administration and AI-enabled database environments.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
