🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Achieve monthly targets in terms of customer acquisition and conversion
- 🤠Deliver a seamless customer journey from walk-in to handover at our Experience Centre
- ðŸ›‹ï¸ Guide customers through the design process, coordinating with turnkey contractors and affiliate architects
- 👂 Ensure customer centricity is maintained at every stage
- 🔄 Handover converted customers to the Project Manager & Site Engineer — ensuring a smooth transition with no communication gaps
- 📊 Use digital tools & platforms for reporting and customer engagement
ðŸ› ï¸ Qualifications
- ✅ Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience; exposure to the construction or interior design industry is a strong plus
- ✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✅ Highly organized, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented
- ✅ Proficient in using basic MS Office tools and comfortable working with technology-driven platforms
- ✅ Fluent in English and at least one regional language
