Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and facilitate broadband connection services. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, assist new customers with broadband setup, and support existing customers with upgrades, renewals, or troubleshooting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell broadband plans
• Guide customers through the connection setup process
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding broadband services and provide solutions
• Assist existing customers with service upgrades, technical support, and billing issues
• Schedule and coordinate with field technicians for installation or service requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate with prior experience in telecom sales or customer support preferred
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of internet and broadband technologies
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
